Grin Oral Care Smooth Floss Picks - 150ct

I used to love these. I bought them today to replace my pack that was out and they are COMPLETELY different and virtually unusable. I'm going to have to throw them away. Rather than a thick, smooth, and glossy thread, they are not a thin and stiff thread. They product is now ineffective and painful, not to mention the lack of transparency in the change being a shoe in for a lawsuit.

how is it acceptable for them to change the product without changing the packaging or item description? now they’re a thin purple string that shreds my gums. the original floss was much more gentle and the only reason, among many others, bought this floss. grin, do better.

I wanted to like it so bad but it’s too thick for my liking. I’ll try the double lined one I think that one would be a better option. And then it bends too easily idk maybe it’s just not for me.

Very misleading to keep the packing exactly the same but change from floss tape to regular floss string. I will be returning.

They really changed the thick floss to a thin thread-like floss. That was the only reason I bought this brand over the others. Why did you change it??? SO DISAPPOINTING.

They changed the floss type! I have been buying this brand for years and they changed it!!! So sad! Bring back the flat tape please!

Deceiving Package Image! It shows a tape like floss but product is thread! I got this because I thought it was the flat tape kind, just to open it and it be thread instead. It shreds in-between my teeth.

Not sure why a new version was created when the old version was great! Like all the other reviews, I’m so disappointed! I restocked this specific style only to come home opened it and found out the new version is a fine thread however, the picture on the packaging remains the same which is very deceiving!

Every single time I floss with these the floss breaks after the first few teeth. Takes at least two to three to floss my mouth due to them breaking. Such a waste of money and poor quality product.

The product changed and it’s awful. The floss is not smooth and it tears easily. Really disappointing.

Change of quality in the product for the same price. The FLOSS used to be gentle on gums and easy to use between teeth, now it is thin, cheap, rips easy and harsh on gums. Do not buy, not worth yhe $5. Used to buy the better quality white FLOSS smooth picks at dollar tree then they changed to the cheap dark pink gloss and now Target carries the cheap quality product. Grin and Target need to do better to offer quality products and if changed are made, make it clear to the customer or products will not be purchased by customers any longer. Return this product if you have had the same experience. You can get a refund for a poor quality switch without warning and you should get your money back.

Why would they change the floss & act like it’s the same one they have been selling? It’s literally the WORSE FLOSS ever. Now I have to look for a new floss for my kids.

How are you going to completely change the product, but keep it in nearly identical packaging? And under the same listing? Removing the word "tape" is insufficient to indicate that this is a completely different type of floss! Judging by the other new reviews, people were buying this for the floss TAPE! You owe the people you duped a refund and an apology.

Glad I’m not the only one who is disappointed by the change in the smooth tape floss to a string. The tape fit perfectly in between my teeth and was gentle. These are uncomfortable to use. All I know is I went for the bring pink package that I normally get. The least they could have done was made the bag a different color! BRING THE SMOOTH TAPE FLOSS BACK! 😤

Why in the world would they change the floss?? It used to be a thick white floss that was perfect for sensitive gums and now its skinny and labelled "gentle" when it is basically just regular floss. Its painful to use, so now i have to look for a different brand.

This company is like a scam artist you’re going to sell me a floss with a thick white piece of floss and then build brand loyalty. Then when I come back to re-purchase it give me some tiny pink-red looking string. Why is the string red? Is there blood on this brand new floss was this floss dyed red with red dye 40? I’ll never know but it sure as hell isn’t going in my mouth. Thanks for the extra work now I have to return a product that wasn’t broke because you decided to fix it by becoming greedy and making it suck
