Q: Any suggestions on how to seal it properly I’ve been trying to find a video. But found nothing. And no matter how I try, it leaks from the sides quite badly.

Q: Any suggestions on how to fill? The water just leaks out of the top half because it doesn't seal.

Q: Do you have a good photo of what the ice looks like when it comes out of the mold? The included photos don't show the final product well. Thanks!
A: Hi GirlinnoCity - Thank you for your interest in the item. The second image does have the picture of how the ice looks like when it comes out of the mold. - Faith

Q: These are so cute but does anyone have e suggestions on how to fill them? They don’t seem to snap closed, so there isn’t a secure seal to keep the water from flowing out of the snake mold
A: Hi Llg1005 - Thank you for the inquiry. The two halves of the mold should seal against one another and limit or prevent water leaking out of the mold. There isn’t a “snap / click” sound or feedback, but when the top of the mold is fully seated into the bottom of the mold, leakage should be minimal. Hope this helps! - Kris
