I generally like this and use it to primarily make veggies disappear into whatever I am making. However the lid for the chopping cup and the immersion blender part let water inside with no real way to dry them out. Will be looking for a different one.

Let me save you the purchase, and return this was a flop. I purchased it specifically for a poblano sauce, for my enchiladas. The poblano‘s were soft. There was chicken stock in the pan and this basically did the same work as swinging around a sock. I had to remove everything put it in a blender and then put it back in the pan, which is not what I wanted to do hence the reason I bought this. Don’t waste your money, o time.

Very disappointing T.hat a critical gear component is plastic and strips out after a number of uses. Changing the main gear to metal would only cost pennies more but would make this blender last 10 times longer. Probably done n purpose to sell more replacement units

I'd like to address the water getting trapped in the lid. I always hand wash the pieces and the. Shake the water out of the chopper lid. Can't complain about it cuz the cost is so low. Seems more of a dollar store item though ... Not high quality at all but it fits with the quality of the world right now. Ha

Broke after one use, the locking mechanism didn’t work. It would unlock during use & the attachment would fall out. I was making Mayo, 2 minutes in. It started to smell like it was burning, it got hot really quick where I didn’t feel safe using it because it got so hot it felt like it would catch on fire. Overall, disappointing & wouldn’t recommend.

I had to replace my Braun Stick Blender I've had for 20 years. It finally gave it's last breath for me. This one has stepped right in and performed better than my old one. I like the chopper as it's larger than the one I had before and I love the separate cup to use to blend dressings and whip cream.

Wish I had read the reviews before buying. It happened exactly what other consumer here said. Food processor has a manufacturing problem and food and water gets trapped inside the lid, you can’t clean it so it develops small worms inside. I threw mine in the trash today.
