I absolutely love this product! I have rheumatoid arthritis, and it has made my life so much easier. I use it every day to chop and prepare my meals despite my illness and the pain in my fingers. I loved this mixer while it lasted. Just bought in April 2024 and it just stopped working 3 days ago just when I needed it to bake Holiday treats.

I bought this for my daughter because she really wanted an immersion blender and she needed a new mixer and so it seemed like a win-win. It is SO INCREDIBLE! She has used the immersion blender for potato soup and the mixer for mashed potatoes. They were both so smooth. Now she wants the chopper attachment. Can’t recommend it enough. It’s also easy to clean and easy to store.

Poor design. The cord is attached in such a way that it gets caught on any bowl you mix in. It’s very annoying and makes mixing difficult. If it wasn’t for that; it would be a great mixer.

I love the thought behind the design but it doesn't work. I have used this less than a dozen times and it doesn't work anymore. The connection between the motor and the attachment seems loose and so it won't turn on unless I hold it together.

I bought this in July 2024. This is a very good buy. It’s being less than 2 weeks and have used the blender, the whisk and the whisk part for dough severally with no issues. If you are African and love your swallow aka Fufu, get this and you would be glad you did. I highly recommend

I bought this set a year ago, it came with no bowl. It still works without any problems. If something dense to blender, the handle is warm, but without odor. Very conveniently invented in one device blender, and mixer that takes up very little space in the kitchen, all compactly put together in a box. I cook mostly sweets, the whisk whips the cream well as it has enough power. I also sometimes blend meat, it does a good job too. Before the review I made banana muffins, they turned out tender, photo attached. Works very quietly. Safe to use. I recommend to everyone who has little space in the kitchen, very easy to use.

I’ve always been a hand mixer person and my hubby appreciates it because it doesn’t take up much space on the counter like a stand mixer. But this little guy when I tell you it’s my favorite and best mixer I have ever gotten it is. I even went online to get the bread hooks. It’s mostly quiet till you get into the higher settings but it is quite a hand mixer. If this ever goes out I will be replacing it with the same one.

Not a bad product, however, I can not give it more than 1 star as it stopped working after 14 months (not turning on, the engine doesn't work). Bought it in a Target store in 2023. Manufacturer's warranty is 12 months only. Ninja has support and tried to help over the phone. At the same time, the best they could suggest to me is to buy a new part that is half of the price (51$). Also, for the replacement part they don't give any warranty so I have zero confidence it will last long. I doubt I will be buying Ninja brand items in the future

I love this thing!!! My only gripe is the handle(power supply) tends to heat up quite a bit after some prolonged use. I know its made for “Home use” so like smoothies or soup, but when meal prepping I used it for 30-40 minutes and the power supply started getting very hot, other than that. Its wonderful, easy to use easy to clean

I bought this as a replacement for a ~$15 immersion blender that got lost on a cross-country move. I wasn't too keen on the price, but given the accessories and that I have some Ninja products I like, thought it would be okay. Nope! First off, the immersion blender has way too long of a bottom, so the blade is too high while mixing. This makes it nearly impossible to make a viable mayonnaise because the blade can't reach the egg yolk; never had a broken mayonnaise with that old blender, which had a much shallower end. This is also a problem when making icy drinks, like margaritas; the blade doesn't reach the ice, so you have to wiggle it diagonally. The job will get done with such drinks, but you have to be super careful not to have stuff splashing in your face and all over the counter; no benefit at all over a regular blender. Finally, when making a cheese sauce with soft cheese, butter, and milk which was ALREADY ALL MELTED, trying to mix this for better consistency the device started smoking and now smokes with every activation, so it's going back. You can likely find everything this package offers in separate devices for probably cheaper overall and they will be better and last longer. As a person who had a couple of Ninja products which have been fine, pretty disappointed and will be returning.
