[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently used my new Hamilton Beach steamer for the first time and it worked perfectly. I was able to skip the ironing and steam out a few wrinkles here and there. I like how lightweight the machine is which makes it easy to move around. After about 10 seconds of being turned on, the steam started to come out. Makes for a big time saver not having to wait. One this I don’t like it the water tank doesn’t snap or clip in. I would like to see that in future models since there is a handle on the tank it would make picking the unit up much more ergonomic and user friendly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a steamer I use every evening to steam press my clothes for the next day. There is a very ample water tank, and the plus is that this uses tap water. There is a place below the steamer for the cord, which is a good 6ft. length, to be wrapped around so that one doesn't trip over it. There are attachments - one with a brush to help get lint off the clothing and one that is a creasing attachment for slacks, etc.These attachments slide onto the steam nozzle and lock in place. Since I have dogs, I use the brush attachment all the time to help lift off any dog hair. The pole has three different retractable sections so no matter if one is short or tall, one can adjust the pole to one's satisfaction. However, the directions do say to extend the retractable pole until it is fully open. Otherwise, the flexible steam hose could drip or leak. In spite of the large water tank, the water heats up in about 1 minute or 90 seconds, which is quite fast, and one doesn't always have to stop to refill the tank if there are multiple items of clothing to steam.There is a big on/off button which turns bright red when on, so it is very easy to see. There are a few cons. The brush attachment would be more effective if there were more bristles - perhaps even a double row of bristles. Also, the steam nozzle and holder are plastic and slippery and when I put the nozzle in the holder, it sometimes slides around and turns to the side. I only put one piece of a clothing on a hangar and hang it onto the holder at a time because it is so lightweight. If the nozzle has turned to the side and one isn't careful, one could burn his/her hand or arm when reaching again for the steam nozzle after having hung another piece of clothing on the holder to be steamed and expecting the steam nozzle handle to be in the same position as it was when hooked back on to the holder. So be vigilant about that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first experience with a garment steamer. This one is easy to set up and it heats up fast. It works good on lightweight casual shirts where I really don’t want the sleeves creased by an iron. Perfect for touching up suits and those dresses and delicate tops that really shouldn’t be ironed. It’s more difficult to use on some heavier materials that are seriously wrinkled. It helps to pull the fabric taut but be careful not to burn yourself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will admit I have never used a full size garment steamer before and I like this unit. It is very easy assembly and instructions were clear. The unit heats up quickly and it's very simple to use. The steam head has a good handle and the pipe is well insulated to keep you from getting burned. The retractable pole adjusts to the height that is most convenient for you and the garment you are ironing. It can be used from a standing or seated position and steam an entire garment at one time, no matter how long it is, rather than adjusting it on an ironing board. It makes wrinkles disappear!

My shower curtain really needed to be unwrinkled and I couldn't figure out how to do it. I tried the steamer on it and WOW!!! It worked wonders. It took a minute or so to warm up. Steaming was effortless and really easy. It didn't take long to steam out the wrinkles. I also tried it on some clothes. Worked exceptionally. I mean it is steam, so the items felt a little damp, but not wet. I'm 5'7 and the pole extended well over my head. The water reservoir is very large and easy to fill. I really love this steamer and I'm so glad I have it. You won't be disappointed with it. The wand can get hot, so be careful. Overall, it's a really awesome product. It isn't huge, but a good size and comes on wheels to move it around.

It functions as good but far less expensive than most. The steamer was packed well, arrived earlier than expected and when I took it out of the box and fired it up it functioned great. I have had it for a month or so, and just love having it. If your looking for one I would recommend it for the reasons stated above and only hope you have as good of an experience as I had.

I steamed a pair of men’s shorts. The garment steamer was easy to assemble. I like the hook that it comes with. I wish it came with a hanger or some sort of clip. Love the adjustable height feature. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was initially both surprised and intrigued by the size of this product. All my qualms were silenced by its performance. I used it on a pretty wrinkled 100% cotton blouse. The wrinkles disappeared before my eyes as I continued to use it. For perspective, this thin cotton blouse takes some pretty heavy ironing usually. The most striking thing was the flaxible steam wand which made it a breeze to get at the tough portion in the underarm section. As someone who does a lot of research before buying any product, I find this steamer is excellent value for money. The design is interesting and it feels like I have a robot assistant in the room when folding and putting away clothes. It’s a great fit for anything made of cotton and I used it on several pieces of different sizes. The hanger extension is great for apparel and the bendy wand makes it usable on bedsheets, pillowcases etc when laid flat. I recommended it to a few friends and demonstrated it to some family members. Everyone was suitably impressed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited when i got this package, I've always wanted a steamer and now i had the opportunity to have one of my own. I immediately tested it out and it's so easy to use. After filling it with water and using it a lot it still has a long way to go before it needs a refill. I am obsessed with it! So easy to use and so efficient. Ive used the attachments that come with it and it helped remove the wrinkles. My only issue is the handle gets so hot it makes it kind of uncomfortable to hold after a while but just doing one or two pieces of clothing is no problem. I guess doing an entire wardrobe in one go is a bit much so that's on me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE this product. I was skeptical at first that it would do anything, having never used a garment steamer before, but WOW! It was ready to go in about 60 seconds and produced very hot steam that took the worst wrinkles out of cotton very very quickly. Be careful though, steam burns are a real thing and the steam coming out is hot, the garment will get hot, and the hose gets hot as well. It stores very easily with the collapsible pole and the wheels are a nice bonus - they are small so I questioned if they would work on carpet, but they worked great.
