As long as it is used properly; holding the handle of the steam nozzle upright at all times and slowly sliding the nozzle vertically, from the bottom to the top of the garment, you should not experience any issues. A: Hi, The hanger of the Puresteam Xl High Powered Standing Fabric Steamer is reversible, so it comes off and goes back on forwards and backwards. If you have a shirt or garment hanging on it, you can pop it off, turn it around, and put it back on facing the other way to steam either the front or back of the shirt or garment without having to take it off the hanger. HORRIBLE QUALITY LASTED JUST A FEW MONTHS. MY SON BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT FOR ME FOR CHRISTMAS. THERE WAS NO WARRANTY REGISTRATION PAPERWORK IN THE BOX AT ALL. Works well enough to get the job done. I don't like that the handle does not have a button to control the release of steam. It is continuous once turned on. This make is a danger of steam burns. It also shortens the time between refilling the tank. The previous steamer I had from another brand, I was able to leave on and ready, but walk away temporarily without continuous steam pouring out. I am a small business owner and can't always dedicate 100% attention to steaming. I had to replace the previous steamer due to a cracked tank.

Unsturdy and falls over when using. Steam is hot, but not strong. The hose is super awkward and makes it difficult to get to the bottom of longer items without kinking or tipping the whole things over. I love using steamers because watching the wrinkles disappear is so satisfying — that never happened with this one. My clothes were still wrinkled (big and small wrinkles) no matter how many passes I made. Great price point, but you get what you pay for.

I’ve had this for over a year now and it’s been great. It’s a big step up over the small travel steamer I’d been using. This one puts out enough to quickly steam a suit jacket, dress, or trousers. It’s cut down on the need to make trips to the dry cleaners.

I love this portable steamer! It can roll it out easily from my closet steam my clothes and roll it back into the closet. I have had no hissing or spewing of hot water (which I have had with my previous steamers) The hanger helps keep my garment in place while steaming out the wrinkles, and filling the reservoir is very easy. Love the product.

Worked great for a few years, wheels are very handy to move along the house. I imagine I shouldn't have been using unfiltered water though, minerals may build up eventually. Customer service is great in finding a resolution. Would recommend this steamer.
