Q: How many lbs of resistance do these offer? I do not mean "moderate" or "easy", hand grippers are set to a certain resistance of pounds, and I was wondering what that resistance level is.

Target gives their employees a whole truck to deliver items. Why are some of the delivery drivers in texas so lackadaisical and slow? How do you take someones packages that they paid for and just give it to a random person?

These are great for smaller hands, the resistance is good if you're strating but if you want something a little tougher you may want to look for something else. Great value for a 2 pack. I shared with a friend who is worried about grip strength for a Spartan race we are doing next year.

These seem to be of decent quality but I will be returning mine. I have a feeling these are designed for females since they are rather on the small size and the resistance force is pretty light. As an adult male I need something more heavy duty.
