Is it supposed to be this squeaky?? I can’t use this in an office setting. It sounds like people banging on a squeaky bed spring.

Ouch!!! I tried so hard to squeeze this to help with my grip strength and it took even more squeezing that my hand is capable of doing. Maybe I was doing it wrong and that was the whole point so not going to give a bad review

I've been strength training for almost a year now and have come to realize how important hand strength and grip is. This tool is great to use while watching TV or sitting in traffic. It helps build your hand and forearm strength which helps tremendously in weight lifting. I have small hands and it is easy to adjust the size.

This hand gripper trainer is great to work on your grip and get stronger for pullups and to use barbells. I love that you can adjust the grip size so my husband and I can both use it. Highly recommend

I just got this, so we’ll see how it goes. This really should come with instructions. Looking at the pictures I managed to figure out how to adjust the strength settings. You pull the handles apart and then put the end of the spring in either the first, second, or third slot inside of the handle depending on the pressure you want. Another reviewer was super helpful and answered my question about the button on the handle. If you pull the handles apart, you can put the spring inside of the handle with the button. You push the button to get the spring back out. I hope this helps.

Easy to use hand grip. I think I have hands that are on the smaller size and I have no problem holding and squeezing the grip. My husband has bigger hands and was easy for him also. Lightweight and easy to use.

This hand gripper is great- the actual gripper seems well made- it is comfortable in your hand. We really like the adjustable setting that you can change as you strengthen. My daughter has already noticed a difference in her grip strength in just a few weeks.

The handgripper works as it should. I type a lot and these help with changing up my hand coordination. I wish it came with simple instructions. Took me a while to figure out how to move the adjustment spring before I could even use it.

My mom suffers from RA so I thought I would get this for her. She doesn't really like it, it seems to have too much tension for her. I'm not sure I would recommend it for that use, but for someone else it may work.

Very nice hand grip. My husband types on a computer all day and he has had some hand discomfort, thinking possibly carpal tunnel so I got him this hand grip because when he squeezes it his hand stuff goes away. It is nice that you can adjust the resistance and you can fold it together by pushing the button on the handle and the spring goes into the handle.

This hand grip is very comfortable to use. It can be adjusted to be easier or harder to grip, from 15-25 pounds. The grip is mostly plastic, with a metal spring and fasteners. The grip has a slight curve that makes it easy to hold.
