Awful cloying fragrance. Why did they have to change the formulation? The old version was great.

This hand sanitizer arrived with the stopper missing so there’s no way to travel with it without it spilling.

This sanitizer is very sticky

This product use to be great! But, now, it's VERY sticky for some reason!!! Why?

Needed to refill my bottles and I like that this big bottle was inexpensive

This makes my hands feel SO sticky. I love sanitizing my hands while at work and this makes my hands feel so dirty and gross. The smell is okay but that’s about it. I’m not sure how this has good reviews but now I see why this was the only hand sanitizer left at my target.

Target- please bring back the original unscented formula! Smells bad and stickier than the previous formula.

Aloe version of this product causes my hands to itch. Have checked among among the 3 closest Targets for months and they only stock the dreaded-to-me aloe version. So I ordered online! I received 2 clear gels and 8 BOTTLES OF ALOE instead of the 8 clear gels I ordered. Please, please bring back the sans aloe to stores & apparently online for those of us with aloe or fragrance sensitivities. Also, UP & UP survive summers in Texas vehicles while the labels of other brands bake & crumble in the heat leaving a literal hot mess. For that, 5 stars!

This used to be my go-to but the scent of it is an immediate turnoff. Not sure when they added fragrance but not a fan, doesn’t smell great. The formula also feels goopier than before. Was a great Purell alternative but just back to buying Purell now.

Love the size and the price.

As with hundreds of other up&up products, they changed this. I was hoping it was just a label change but the formula is different. It STINKS! Won't be buying ever again. This used to be my go-to hand sanitizer.

It smells terrible the other version of up and up was way better it worked better it didn't have a horrible smell to it and it was just better

I had this in my coat pocket; plenty of room in it; Went into to sanitize my hands at a restaurant and the cap was broken off at the top. Some of it had spilled into my pocket. I would not recommend this brand or type of bottle.

Used to love this hand sanitizer, but since they have changed the formula, it is stickier or goopier. It leaves behind a residue on hands and when you get your hands wet after using, even if it’s been awhile, it turns slimy on your hands. The new pump also puts out way more than needed.

This brand used to smell fine. They have changed this, it smells like something you would clean your house with and it is not an enjoyable scent for me. Waste of my money.

Just opened up my new bottle, took literally one pump, and IMMEDIATELY came on here to leave this one star review. The new scent is disgusting, distracting, and unnecessary. For years I was loyal to the old formula specifically because the scent was so inoffensive/unnoticeable. I’m really disappointed, because I really relied on this big bottle to refill all my smaller ones and I use a lot of sanitizer. I’m glad to see that so many people on here agree with me; hoping target will take our feedback into account. I’ll be returning this and searching for a new brand until Target fixes this formula issue.

Fits perfectly in my son's diaper bag

This new formula is awful. The scent is terrible and so overwhelming. It’s the dead of winter and I have to put the windows down in my car and freeze to let the smell air out if I use this in the car, it’s that bad. Texture/consistency is no good either. Has a stickier feeling and leaves residue behind. I’ve been buying this product for several years but I will be finding a new product until this changes back. Only gave 2 stars because I suppose it still sanitizes.
