Q: What is the length of the inseam? The photo of the garment looks like it is quite short, maybe 2 inches but on the model it looks much longer.

I’ve been wearing these mostly to sleep for the last month or so, occasional daytime use. I’m past the period stage of life, use these for light incontinence because wearing pads all the time is irritating to my skin. These are perfect, I bought more because I like them so much. True to size.

The seams are a total sensory nightmare. Very rough, thick, itchy and uncomfortable fabric. These are also very visible through your clothes, even jeans. I wouldn't recommended wearing if you are concerned about looking like you're wearing a diaper. Two thick seams up both sides of your butt cheeks isn't attractive. I don't know what Hanes was thinking but these boxers are very poorly executed. The fit was also loose and saggy and I've got an actual butt.. I'm not happy with these at all.

They’re okay. They definitely run really small with no stretch to them. I am normally an XL but ordered the 2X. They’re still too small. I wouldn’t recommend them for the price point, as I have had better period underwear for a more affordable price.

I couldn't care less how well these absorb because the front rise on these is WAY too high, all the way up to my bellybutton, which is even higher than in the back (what's up with that?? when will clothing companies realize that people with periods usually have more in the back, i.e. butts), but the front gusset barely covers the required area, so what's the point??, and the fabric is scratchy and uncomfortable. I guess the legs are roomy enough, though?
Don't buy if you have a heavier flow.

I expected the absorbent layer/leak proof layer to go up further in the front and back. I have about maybe an inch of coverage in the front. And the waistband is very high above my belly button. Just all around not what I was hoping for.

I gave these boy shorts 5 stars because they got me through a 12 hour shift on the first day of my period which is my heaviest. I had no leaks and no suspected leaks. I also wore them on a 6 mile run underneath running shorts and they were a little bulky but again had no leaks. The only issue I have is with the waistband. It digs into the side of your hip and shows through my scrubs. I saw the elastic wasteband before ordering and decided to size up but it still digs in. I added a photo of it below. Beside the wasteband, they are a game changer.

The band is a little thin for my liking and the bottoms seem to roll up with thicker thighs. The actual pad took me two days to get used to. I used the PINK brand and was impressed with how well these hold up to those. Used them for a last minute trip saver.

This is probably a better "crossover" indie than the briefs: the padded area covers more front, there's more room in the front, and the boxer legs help a bit to contain "things". For me they help with two different issues: leakage from angry hemorrhoids, and dribbling before and after I pee. These compare favorably with the best option that I've found designed for men.
