Since they always want to help me in the kitchen and I’m afraid of the cutting their self, this toy came just in the perfect time! Makes my son think he really is cutting fruits! Fright colors and welll made !

The fact that you can pull the stems off, and cut most pieces in half have led to hours of enjoyment and emulation mommy and daddy in the kitchen. Sh also loves peeling the banana and feeding it to all her stuffed animals and dolls. But her favorite thing of all is cutting up the fruit and pretending to make smoothies for everyone in the house. I really like that the pieces are well made, durable and stay nice even after being tossed around both the pretend kitchen and the real one. Sometimes its the simple toys like this that are the best.

He especially likes to Velcro the fruits to each other and make “juice.” I like the fact that these are quality, wooden toys with no sharp edges. Even the knife that comes with it is safe, though it looks lifelike enough that my kid reminds me to be careful because of how “sharp” it is.

The set comes with a knife, two slices of watermelon, orange with stem, apple with stem, pear with stem, two strawberries with stems and a banana with a removable peel. The pieces are wooden with Velcro pieces that keep them together. My son loves that there are removable stems as he sees me when I remove the stems from the fruit before I prepare it for him. The fruit is sturdy and can easily be put back together. The banana is especially cool because it will teach him how to peel a banana from the peel! So much fun for hours!

This healthy fruit set comes with 6 fruits and a play knife to cut them. The fruit can be easily cut right down the middle to make them half pieces. When you want to make them whole again you just push them together and the Velcro will hold them. At the top of the fruits are the greens that can be cut or pulled off. The banana play food is alittle different because inside of cutting it in half it is peeled and comes out of the peel. My kids have played with this set for hours playing house and pretending to work in a restaurant. The play food is very nice quality for holding up through hours and hours of play. My kids love how different and unique this play food set is and have found it to be more fun and entertaining. I would recommend this play set for any little boy or girl!

I love that the fruits are all able to be sliced and the stems are removable. The banana especially is so life like and the fruits are made from sturdy material. This is a toy that will last.

The velcro was just strong enough that it held but she was still able to get the pieces separated. She has taken them everywhere and showed all of her friends. It seems to be a fun toy for everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a cute little toy, that provides lots of hand and eye co-ordination and uses helps develop children’s motor skills. They loved the knife and being able to cut things themselves. The strawberries and banana cannot be “cut” however everything else can, and they become whole again because there are Velcro strips attached. It is colorful and looks nice quality and most of all it is fun!

The pieces velcro together so she can use her wooden knife to cut them apart. The smaller fruits with stems can have the stems pulled out like your are prepping to eat them. The banana has the peel as silicon and the inside fruit piece comes out but cannot be chopped. She really loves playing with it in her little kitchen and on her high chair while we prep for dinner.

It comes with a great variety of different fruits and even different textured materials. Each piece does something where to stem pops on and off or you can cut it in half. This toy has provided hours of enjoyment and the quality shows. Great well made and functional toy! Highly recommended.

The Velcro between the pieces stayed good but also came apart easy with the knife. And the banana that’s able to be peeled was the best feature for this set!

I purchased 2 other brand of this cutting fruits toy but I must say that this fruits toy are best in quality.They are adorable and perfect size that fits into my 3 year daughter’s little hands. My kiddos ranging from toddler to early elementary all have enjoyed playing with this product (both together and individually). I really like these pieces because they are more interactive than your average play food. You are able to slice, peel and remove stems. They are high quality and made of wood. Highly recommend!

The colors are bright and haven’t chipped off so far. The Velcro keeping the two sides of the fruit together is strong enough to held them together, but loose enough that the knife can fit between slices and easily separates them. Great practice for fine motor skills for littles. He has not stopped playing with them since we got them! These are awesome

I love that the banana actually comes with the peel as most other kids food items are not as realistic. This is made from a strong durable wood and you can tell it is going to with stand child use.
