Hardside Carry On Spinner Suitcase - Open Story™

This is my second purchase of this luggage, and we love it. Super roomy, has a zip compartment under the lining. Multiple storage options. Fits my daughter’s standard sized pillow, in addition to all of her clothes for trips.

This product said it'd arrive the next day and it didn't ship until two days after I purchased. It came after I flew out so I couldn't even use it. Once it came and I got home, it looked used with scratches and paint marks on it.

I used it on one vacation and my first day there i just went to zip up the inside flap to close back up the one half and the zipper just came off as i zipped it and it broke. Not the zipper wont stay shut and going home will be a fun journey. It was so cute but its not cheap enough to break with barely any use at all!

The item came clearly used. Straight out of the box I noticed that there was no tag on the item. Then I noticed there was a sticky mysterious stain on the top and side of the luggage. Lastly I saw the wheels and bow they were streaked with dirt. This is a returned item and when I tried to fix the issue in the app they were no help.

It was sent with the alarm tag on it and that was very aggravating for me due to I was going on vacation the next day and was not able to use it. 😩

I like that this suitcase has two separate sides where clothes stay secure with a zippered panel on one side and cross bands on the other. I love the rollers as they make it effortless to move. The case is lighter weight than my old one and is durable.

This bag is so aggravating because the trigger switch to draw up the handle is on the BOTTOM so you can’t grip it without the bar expanding. The button needs to be on top so I can grip the handle without it expanding all the time

This carry on has been put through a lot. We purchased mid Dec 24’ and traveled over 10k miles on 4 different flights, trains and car trips in that time. I’ve lived out of this suitcase for nearly two months now, and it has lasted and still going strong. My daughter’s 2022 model went thru the same and has a small crack in the top of the suitcase from all the wear and tear, but I will definitely buy this suitcase again and again! I can’t recommend it enough. If you use space saving bags it can hold a weeks worth of cold & warm weather clothes and maybe sandals but that’s stretching it. Comfortably fits a weeks worth with toiletries and shoes. Great for the money!

Such a great bag for the price, I purchased 2!Rolls well, even when super heavy. I have 1 for 3 years and the other about1 year and haven’t had any issues with the handle that other reviews mention. I have used it as a carry on with many US airlines and have not had any issues. Highly recommend!

This suitcase is excellent. It’s sturdy, holds a lot if you pack efficiently, and the color is cute. I got it on sale which made it even better.

I'm writing this review after having this suitcase for two years and three international trips. It is sized as a carryon, but it's sometimes too big for smaller planes when the wheels are included. Not too worry - COPA airlines just checked it in for free, along with my standard checked bag. The two I bought are holding up well and I can fit four of them in an SUV trunk, which makes it perfect for a family trip. We can each carry one of these and a backpack and need nothing else.

This suitcase is the ideal size for a carry on. The wheels work surprisingly well and the handle is easily raised and lowered. I liked it so much that I just bought a second one. I have taken it all over without any damage to the outside case. Just a wonderful buy.

Brought this one in beige. Nice and roomy. Handle does NOT stay up. When I pull it up to roll it at the airport or wherever else, handle extends. It makes a small click noise. But it does not lock. With a small motion or even slight touching, handle goes back down. When I had a reusable tote bag around the handle, because the handle didn't stay up, the tote flipped over and contents came out. Luckily, it was inside the terminal waiting area rather than while walking or even in the aisles of airplanes.

Great suitcase so far. Purchased last summer and it has held up well. Holds enough for a week and is expandable. Highly recommend for price & durability.

The color is nice and excellent size

This suitcase is amazing! I got it last year and it can fit all the things i need in it for trips. It is a great size also and so cute.

I wanted to love this suitcase so much! The color is gorgeous and the outside is sleek-looking. Unfortunately, I’ve only used it twice, and the handle is broken/gets stuck and won’t extend fully, causing me to push it around the airport in a hunched over position.
