Love the Market Pantry center cut bacon from Target. It my favorite new find in the grocery section. The bacon cooks evenly and taste oh so delicious. Glad I discovered it. I’ve made breakfast tacos, and bacon cheeseburgers so far and it adds tons of flavor.

This used to be decent bacon and I bought it regularly. The last 4 times I purchased it (over the course of about three months) the flavor has been off. It's got this nasty bad pork aftertaste. And I'm not sure what is going on where they cut it, but it's not even strips anymore. It's a mangled mess. Won't be wasting anymore money on it.

To show how much Target is disrespecting its loyal customers with SHRINKFLATION, this is 3 strips of bacon, cut in half. Using the same pan that I've always used, they used to be all bunched up and overlapping. Now the portion of meat has shrunk so drastically that as you can see in the pic I attached, they fit perfectly with more than enough space in between them. This is ridiculous and I'll no longer be purchasing. This is nothing but excess profit and I've had it with corporate greed. This last time was THE LAST TIME!!!!
