Q: Does it utilize à latch to help secure seat

A: No latches aren't needed with booster seats. Just buckle it in when your kid is not in it. The booster seat boosts your kid up so the regular seatbelt fits properly. No latches are needed.

Q: My kid is 4 years old, he is somewhere between 38.5-39 lbs, and 40 inches tall. Can he use this seat? I don't plan on using it long term, just for when we are traveling outside of the country.

A: This is a US car seat made to comply with US laws and fit in US cars. It should only be used in the US.

Q: Does this booster satisfy the EU legal requirements (ECE R44/04 or ECE R129 i-Size)? Is it legal to use in Italy and does it have the orange tag required on EU-Approved car seats?

A: Hi Isabel, the labeling on this model of the Harmony Dreamtime Elite only complies with US FMVSS regulations and can’t be used outside of the country. We do not advise that you buy this seat in the US to use in Europe as each country requires very different labelling to be compliant for use. Thank you for your question.

I bought this for my car for my granddaughter and because it was lightweight. The first time of her riding in it it was tipping over on turns. This should not happen. How safe is this for a child? Also can creat the potential to get hung up in the seatbelt if there that much free movement of the seat. How would this ever protect a Child in a roll over? Did this truly meet safety inspections? Is it NHTSA approved?

Small and cheaply made. My daughter is a size 8 and 74 pounds/94th percentile for her age, but still, she is well under the size limits of this seat. The lap belt was digging into her thighs due to how it had to be positioned because of the short arm rests. After a quick ride in the car s be he had deep marks imprinted on her thighs. Also, the cup holder is chintzy and doesn’t stay on well. Do not recommend unless you have a very thin/short child and/or a very small car, and don’t need the cup holder.

I like that it is safey tested, it makes me feel better knowing my child will be safe. I also like that it is test crash approved that also gives me peace of mind. This car seat is very versitile, it even converts into a backless booster seat.it also has a removable washabĺe cover. It comes with a cup holder that can be put on eother side of the booster seat which is a great added feature. This Harmony Dreamtime Elite Booster Seat is great and affordable. If you are in the market looking for a great booster seat, you should definitly try this one!

It has 6 position headrest adjustment that only uses one hand. The fabric is plush and super comfy. Comes with a cup holder and turns into a regular booster seat. Has loads of features but my issue is it doesn’t fit in my 2 door Cavalier. The headrest is too high for the back slanted window in my car. Once my son can use the regular booster alone it’ll be fine and fit but this just won’t fit in my car. Keep that in mind, if you have a small 2 door car, this won’t fit in the backseat.
