Haven French Seam Modular Sectional Sofa Ottoman - Threshold™

I bought the ottoman and a family member bought both the corner chair and arm chair. When I received all of the items one of the three was stitched incorrectly with the zipper seam sewn together and also had a huge hole in it. I talked with customer service and after much convincing was able to receive a discount that matched what it would cost to get it professionally fixed. Besides this, all three items smell horrible... I've tried upholstery disinfectant sprays, professionally cleaning them, vacuuming them, washing the covers, covering each item... nothing works. I bought these to be the main seating in my small apartment and have not been able to use them due to the smell. I don't know what is causing the smell and it gets worse over time despite the appropriate care and the reasonable attempts to appropriately resolve the issues on all three items. Overall I would not recommend buying these. If I did not just go through a major spinal surgery I would return all three immdiately but I am not able to lift over 5lbs and each of these weight well over that, nor do I have anyone to haul these oversized items back to the store for a return. I see this purchase as a complete waste.

This ottoman is very comfortable and was easy to unbox. The pillow comes deflated but it comes up nice and fluffy. It matched our couch perfectly as well so even though it didnt come with it it looks like it belongs. It was easy for me to move around my living room so thats a big plus as it wasnt heavy. It's a nice size so it turned the end of my couch into a bed that was actually comfortable to lay on. My kids have claimed it as their spot in the living room.

This is such a gorgeous ottoman! It matches the sectional pieces perfectly, and fits well as part of the couch, or even just near it as an ottoman by itself. It’s a gorgeous green velvet, which can sometimes look a bit lighter in the right light. The cushion is not attached and fits a little differently than in the stock photos- mine seems to hang over the edges a little. It looks fantastic though, and is very soft! My cat has claimed it as his own spot!

This is a very nice and comfortable ottoman. The fabric feels very nice and velvety. The dark green olive green color looks very well. This comes in two pieces, but you wouldn't be able to tell when the top is put on. The top does not slide or move when I put my feet up on it. This is larger then I was thinking it would be, but not too large to where I could not make it work out. This seems like it can pretty much work with any style someone may have for their room.

This is a very solid ottoman with beautiful green velvet fabric. It was securely packaged in the box and had three pieces, the base, the top and the cushion insert. The insert is vacuum sealed like a mattress. When you open it it expands slightly and you should put in the zippered top immediately, I almost thought it might not fit because it was so big but it does fit and you have to push it a bit as you zipper it closed. It does say that the top is attached to the base but it is not, I was worried about this at first but honestly the top is so heavy with the cushion, it never moves. I believe this should be used as only an ottoman and would not be a good table Ottoman. I absolutely love this piece!

I usually stick to muted colors but these piece drew my attention especially since we have kids. First of all, it's so comfy and soft and not ridiculously heavy. I can move it wherever I want without help. It comes with the base, a cushion, and the cushion cover. Finally, an ottoman with a removable cover. Such a huge plus! It's also very large. I didn't pay attention to the dimensions but this can easily be placed in the middle of a living room with a tray on top instead of a regular coffee table.

This ottoman piece is well built. Fairly heavy materials. Don’t let the white fabric hold you back, things wipe off well generally speaking. Assembly is the easiest out of any furniture I have ever had to put together myself.

Yes I love now that I have the ottoman to go with my new couch pieces. This definitely makes the perfect addition to my new sofa pieces. It's super lightweight and was easy to assemble. Plus I love the cream color

The ottoman piece of the modular couch is perfect for our living room. We move the piece around to suit our needs whenever we are in the room. The top of the ottoman is comfortable and easy to relax on.

A nice, comfy, durable piece of furniture. This ottoman is stylish and a great piece for rhe modular sofa set. You can use it as a place for your feet. It is comfortable enough to also be used as a seat.

Pleased with this entire sofa system. The pieces were all easy to assemble, with this ottoman piece taking the prize for zero assembly, Just flip the piece over, put out the vacuum sealed cushion and put the cover on. The cover does have a zipper, but there's no care instructions, so I would guess it's not washable, which is a shame, since the cover come completely off. The feet are nice and sturdy, and while nothing moves on the berber carpet it's on anyways, it nice that should I move it, it will still stay well. I also really like the versatility of this entire system. While it's annoying when you're trying to get pieces aligned, it is very nice to know that you can move pieces around to fit any shape you might need. Also, of the three pieces I ordered, one came freight (corner) and two came FedEx, though all over the course of two weeks. Which was fine for me, but if you're needing this for a day, that may be something to keep in mind.
