We use this 50% allulose, 50% sugar in recipes. Read the studies; it has been shown to help reduce the dietary impact of sugar. We have seen the impact directly. It's not quite as sweet as sugar (70%), but it bakes well. We made sugar cookies with our 'mix' and they turned out great. You have to turn down the heat a bit because it browns more quickly, so 325 instead of 350, something like that. Four stars only because we've only used it for about 6 weeks, but so far, so good!

Ingredient source for this product is corn from South Korea. You want it from Dates only because that is the true source that will not give you issues..
