My husband’s sweet tooth stimulated the search for a baking sugar that is not a sugar alcohol (which makes my teeth sensitive; I like cookies too. :) We also eat primarily organic. I just made superb chocolate chip oatmeal cookies using 1/3 c coconut sugar and 1/2 c Now organic allulose, that ratio. A good compromise. Thank you so much, Now, for making this excellent product available for those who want to cut back on or eliminate conventional sugars. I am a big fan of some of your supplements too! Please never go away.
Nice sugar alternative for baking and just simply

My wife has used this for baking cakes and banana bread a few times already and so far the results are decent. Although not as sweet as real sugar, that's perfectly fine for our taste buds as we've gotten used to it and hopefully that would be true for regular sugar should we use that again but in a smaller amount. That said, my wife and not indicated any mixing for baking issues when using allulose and I myself have used it as a sweetener in coffee as well as tea. As I mentioned before, not as sweet as real sugar but the sweetness is adequate. What we also like is there's no funky aftertaste when using this although it does taste slightly different than that of real sugar, the taste is still very fine nor really noticeable.
