It’s just milk! I use heavy whipping cream for my coffee to make cold foam. I also make butter with it. This did not even foam :( not sure what happened!

I always used to love this cream for the quality and reasonable price. We got it often to make homemade ice cream and for espresso drinks. However, several months ago it started routinely being so incredibly thick that it almost wouldn't come out of the container. It doesn't mix smoothly into coffee anymore. So odd. I wish they could bring back the previously great stuff!!

This heavy whipping cream does not whip. I started off trying to whip half of the carton, and when it failed I tried another method with the second half and it still wouldn't whip. Do not waste your money on this product

I’d need to give this half a star, or less, actually. I’ve never been more saddened and disappointed in any Target product. I purchased two containers of this product, and both (exp/use by date = 1/11/2025, purchase early Nov 2024), are so thick and disgusting. I cannot return either as my receipt is missing. At the price of this…never again. I do NOT recommend this. In fact, Target should take it off the shelves. Gross.

The ingredients are terrible - another reminder to not buy anything without reading ingredient labels. You think you’re buying just heavy cream but there’s a few other known carcinogens in the mix

I apparently should have read the reviews first. I make homemade whip cream for tres leches cake all the time. I normally get my heavy whipping cream from another store, but target was convenient for me today. This stuff literally does not whip?? I’ve never had this issue before. Complete waste of money.
