These break so easily when you try to cinch the bag closed. This has happened on occasions even when the bag isn’t heavy or there are bulky items that would puncture the bag.

It's difficult to find 8-gallon trash bags (why not just title them "8-gallon" instead of "medium"?). These are strong, don't rip easily, and the drawstring makes them easy to remove for garbage collection. They have a very mild scent that dissipates quickly once they're in use. I only wish they came in larger quantities.
