Summary of reviews
The reviews indicate a significant decline in quality with the new trash bags compared to the previous up and up brand. Many guests express frustration over the bags being too thin, prone to tearing, and not suitable for heavier waste. However, some guests appreciate the quantity for the price and find them adequate for lighter tasks, such as bathroom waste. Overall, guests are disappointed and seek a return to the previous quality.

The absolute lowest quality I've ever come across. Every member of my family struggles to actually open up a new bag. Licking your fingers and rubbing them between the bag still won't open them. Takes forever. Bags won't properly sit around basket and usually collapses inside the basket rendering it ineffective. The flaps are annoying. Dealworthy is the cheapest quality imaginable. No one likes it.
Cheap, awful

Bags tear constantly. Cheap, thin, and not a good deal when you have to use two bags to avoid tears. Why? Why replace good bags with this awful version? My least favorite Target purchase.

I like these kind of flap tie trash bags as they are they are the right size for my bathroom trash cans. The trash bags are also of the right thickness. I will definitely be buying again in the future.
Strong for a few days worth of garbage.

These bags are strong even tho they are a bit thinner than the expensive name brand. And less plastic in the environment is a very good thing.
I'll avoid buying these

I haven't had one tear on me, I'll give it that. But they don't fit my can properly, and I find the flaps annoying. It's enough of a hassle that I'll buy the more expensive ones. But they are ok if you don't want to spend more.
These are great!

Very thin, need to use two if you’re not strictly using it for paper waste, which defeats the purpose of its cheap price. So I use name brand liners for bathroom and the Target brand for only dry garbage
Horrible product

Absolutely hate these after using the other Target brand for years. I will never buy again they are way to thin, very small, and so difficult to unravel each time I line the can!

Dislike. Used to regularly buy the 8 gallon unscented up& up bags. These are cheap and a poor replacement.

I use this product in our bathroom trash can. Fits the 7 gallon trash bag perfectly and easy to remove as well. Holds a pretty good amount of trash.
Nope.

This brand is the replacement of Targets Up & Up store brand, which was a quality bag, & I always bought them. This deal worthy brand bag is a far more inferior bag. It is thinner, more prone to holes & the handles rip off when tying them together. I’ll be purchasing Hefty next time.
They stink!

We used to buy 8-gallon Up & Up bags for our 8-gallon bin. These claim to be 8-gallon bags but they are much smaller and completely unusable. They are also very flimsy. Switching to a name brand
