Love adding cheese, cream, lime and cayenne powder to it so when I was given the option in trying this new flavor I was I was eager to review it. Sadly I was not impressed. It didn’t have the flavor I was imagining. It’s more of a tangy mayonnaise flavor. It also seem to lack spices.

The taste is not too overpowering and I can take the bottle anywhere as it travels well and easy to use. I can’t tolerate too spicy foods and the Heinz Street Taco sauce added just the right amount of flavor. Now I did try it on other types of dishes and I feel it goes better with Tex-Mex or Mexican street type foods.

This sauce comes in a very nice bottle that is easy to dispense the sauce without causing a mess. The bottle has very nice coloration and labeling. He usually uses chipotle and bbq sauce but switched it up for this. It went really well on it. Kind of a smoky flavored corn on the cob. I will try it on other things including fries. I think this could maybe be really tasty with the right dish… I just don’t know what that would be lol. I don’t see myself going to pull this one off the fridge shelf often..

Because we don’t cook often, I think this sauce gave us incentive to cook more food that complements this sauce. We’re looking on the HEINZ website for more recipes :)
