It's not too runny and not too thick, so perfect consistency. I will say the cap is somewhat difficult to open, but otherwise it's perfect! I would highly recommend if you are a fan of Thai chilli sauce! This product was gifted to me in exchange for my honest review.

I also like the fact that you don't need to squeeze the bottle too hard for the sauce to come out. I'm going to try this on grilled chicken and salads next.
