This set looks solid, and the knives are sharp. There is a dent at the back corner of the wooden block that's why I took one star off. I got a good deal on this set so going to keep it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using a different handles knife set for over 20 years. The graphite handles feel very different to hold and it will be an adjustment to get used to them. I am not sure that I like the difference at this point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knives are easy to handle and cut efficiently. I love the dual function of sharpening and storage of knives. Also that it provides ongoing maintenance to keep the knives sharp as all you have to do is slide the knives in to store them and slide them out to remove them out which automatically keeps them sharp.
