I thought this was going to be one of those jelly exfoliator products you rub onto your skin but it’s just a cleanser. I don’t think it’s doing much exfoliating at least not in the way I was expecting. It’s very gentle. If you’re looking for a gentle exfoliator than this would work. I don’t know that I’m noticing any exfoliation and I probably won’t ever purchase a second time.

This cleanser works great at exfoliating my dry skin without leaving it super dehydrated. I usually use it twice a week, and use the Gentle Milky Cleanser on the other days. I’m on my second bottle and haven’t seen any increases in redness, acne, etc.

When I first started using the exfoliating jelly, I used it daily (as directed) and my skin began to be extremely sensitive and prone to redness. I decided to dial it back to every other day, then once a week. At first, my skin was less sensitive. But every time I used it, I would almost immediately have intense, cyst-like pimples appear and suddenly my sensitivity sky-rocketed if I didn't use it. I was stuck between choosing to have a face that could barely be touched without become red and warm to the touch, or many painful and obvious bumps. I have no allergies, and did not previously have sensitive skin.

After looking again at the packaging, I realized that you were supposed to use sun protection! Ugh! Ive totally destoryed my skin and im honestly freaking out bc I dont think it will be back to pre-hero normalcy. please make the sunscreen warning clearer so this doesnt happen to other people!!!!
