These are great for cystic acne. I can see a difference in the size of a zit after leaving one of the patches on for 8 hours. They do tend to leave a shiny circle unless I wash my face really well. But they are the best I’ve found for the price.

These help blemishes that are starting underneath the surface and cystic acne spots. They have to be used at least two days or nights in a row to notice any difference. I wish there were more patches in the box.

These don't stick. Went to bed with 4 (the whole pack only comes with 8) and woke up with one. It didn't pull anything out. A complete waste of money.

To my disgust, I’ve recently developed cystic acne plus sudden oh-oh what’s that? pimples on my forehead especially. What I like about this product is the feeling of the micro needles surrounding the spot, and that a whitehead shows up, usually the next day. What I don’t like: the price. I’m on Govt. Assistance (for now - god knows what SCROTUS has in mind, sorry to be crude) and what they call a ‘fixed income’, so it’s kind of aa big deal.
