I’m pretty sure these are the same product I’ve bought before in a redesigned box. If so, the product is great. The packaging, on the other hand, is egregiously wasteful. Does each little patch really need to be inside of individually sealed plastic blister packs, and then inside of a cardboard box that is easily three times the size it needs to be, and then filled with more cardboard inserts to hold its shape (since it really only needs to contain four little patches and four little cleaning wipes)? Ridiculous. Our planet is drowning in our trash already. Do better.

Hit or miss. Currently treating a deep pimple on the side of my mouth (on my chin/cheek area) and I’m on patch #4. I used the whole box and nothing!! However before they have worked so not sure what’s going on. Guess it depends on the type of pimple. But as others have mentioned, the price is ridiculous. Will not be repurchasing.

I've struggled with cystic acne for 10 years now, even after a 9 month course of isotretinoin, so I'm always game to try something new with the onset of a cystic zit, and these patches are a MIRACLE! I used a deep access microdart patch on a cyst that was the size of a quarter and overnight it shrunk to the size of a pea! Within two days it shrunk down to even half that size! They are more expensive than competitor brands, but I've tried the more budget friendly brands and they did not yield the same results! Spend the extra money on these if you have cystic acne!

I used the little wipes it gives you and everything to make sure the area was clean but the patches still sucked up nothing overnight. It’s also super expensive for only 4 patches.

This was the first time using the hyperpigmentation/healing patch, and it also worked literally overnight after I'd had the zit for a few weeks!

The price is absolutely insane for 4 patches. It also is so wasteful. Each patch is individually wrapped in so much plastic. In wouldn’t have bought it if I realized the packaging. I also assumed it had several patches in it for the cost.

A pricey but 100% worth it price to pay. I had run out and my husband asked me about the ‘spiked patch’ that could help him with one of his deep pimples. Getting my husband on board with them is a tough challenge but even he sees the results!

Okay, yes, these are super expensive, and yes, I accidentally dropped one of the patches down the sink when trying to take it out of the package, BUT they work really, really well! I had an awfully painful cystic zit on my chin that wasn’t budging. I used one of these patches, and the next day, it had already come to a head. By day two, it was gone. I’m still shocked at how well these patches worked. Still, make sure that you’re very careful when opening the patch packages because they fall out of the plastic pretty easily after opening the package.

These are the only parches that have successfully helped with deep, cystic acne. The other zit patches don’t even come close! You can feel the microdarts working! Expensive, but effective.
