After trying several different pre/probiotics this one has really made a difference in my gut health. No more bloating. Regular bowel movements. And no more trapped gas. This is a plus if you have gastritis or any other issues like IBS.

But after taking these I can honestly say that my digestion has really improved! I used to be bloated everyday without fail. But I no longer experience that. I feel lighter and just overall more comfortable inside. I love that these are gluten free, vegetarian (although I think they might also be vegan from what I can tell) and non gmo. It is also really helpful that the daily serving is just one capsule and not multiple capsules like a lot of other supplements out there. I would have loved if the product was organic as well. I also was not sure whether the product is third party tested, I will need to look into that further. But overall I think it is a great product that really worked well for me!

Just 1 capsule/day and it also contains cranberry extract which is fantastic for urinary health. I’m sure they would be fine for others. I’m not sur which one it was that bothered me so I just discontinued all.

I love that these probiotics are specifically formulated for women. The ingredients are few, but high quality and includes cranberry extract. The pills are easy to swallow and do not upset my stomach, even though they are supposed to be taken on an empty stomach. I also like that the dosage is only one pill a day. I highly recommend this product as it is working well for me.

I like that this product is formulated for women as we need different mg than men when it comes to probiotics and this product does not have a long list of ingredients which is also a plus. Does need to be taken in the morning before eating which I don't always remember to do. I am hoping to get myself in balance to help keep immune system in check.

I have been searching for a probiotic that would work for me for quite some time. I am in my 50s, and I have some regularity issues, as well as some indigestion and heartburn issues. This probiotic convinced me that it really is possible for a probiotic to take care of my system the way it should. My irregularity is gone, the occasional diarrhea is gone, and I actually feel less bloated for the first time in a very long while.

This is a probiotic that taken in the morning before breakfast works very well, it has no smell or taste and does not cause any discomfort in the stomach or mouth after taking it, also the capsules have a good size which makes it easy to swallow . And I have noticed more regular and softer stools.
