Q: We just bought this and the remote control is not working. We charged the gecko for 45 minutes and we put in the right batteries. The gecko is on but the remote control doesn’t work. What should we do?

A: Hi, the remote control needs two AAA batteries. But the gecko itself charges with a fairly common USB cable. We used the one from our Nintendo Switch to charge the toy, and it charged quickly.

Q: Does it put marks on the walls? Is it sticky?
A: It stays on the wall through air suction (little vacuum). It is not sticky and it did not leave marks on our wall. It is a bit loud because of the motor for the suction.
