I was previously on a prescription medication to treat my anxiety and had wanted to get off it for awhile. I was nervous stopping my medication to try this supplement, but am so glad I did. Honestly my anxiety was never completely controlled by my prescription, so I wasn't expecting a miracle. I just wanted something that was equally effective. I don't like taking big pills, and though the capsules are bigger than my normal pills, I had no trouble swallowing them. While I can't claim to have found a cure for my anxiety, I can say that this supplement gave me just as good of results as my former anti-anxiety medication did. I didn't experience any worsening of my anxiety. I feel like this supplement helps me remain calmer, and this better able to handle high stress situations that would normally throw me into panic attacks. I would totally recommend giving this a try if you struggle with anxiety, but please talk with your doctor before trying this or coming off your current medications!

As a Mom of 3 kids, one of them being a 2 year old, I jumped to try this product. I'm always looking for natural remedies and have been a supplement user since I was small. I noticed a peace in my body, as cliche as that sounds. It doesn't take away the stress of those monotonous chores we all have, it did however make the screams and demands a little more tolerable. This one was a pleasant surprise. I took them on days I knew were going to be a little more challenging, or after the day had started off a little rockier than I'd like. Over the next hour or two I would feel myself relaxing a bit and becoming calmer. My biggest issue with this supplement is that the recommendation is to take it with food. I don't know how necessary that is, but for me it's a little inconvenient at times. If I wanted to start my day with one I would have to wait until I had eaten breakfast, which is sometimes a few hours into my morning. Overall though, no side effects or after effects. No strange flavors and easy to swallow. I would not hesitate to buy these again!
