We bought 2, charged them, used them once, recharged and then stored in a cool dry place for emergency use. I went to them yesterday and the battery pack on both were swollen!! I had to take them to the store to dispose of them and now I am out of a good chunk of money!!

I purchased this about 3 months ago and it charged my phone with reasonable speed and could easily charge it to full with some power left over on a single power banks charge. Now, after using it a few times per week for 3 months, it holds far less charge and as other users have pointed out, the solar recharge is both incredibly slow and doesn't charge it to full. It also gets incredibly warm while charging and being charged, so I would recommend caution leaving it in the sun too long, especially if you're using it in a hotter climate or leaving it unattended. The flashlight feature works great though, no complaints with that!

The solar panel is so slow when charging outside with the sunlight After a couple use, it seems to not want to even charge fully when you plug it up into the wall not a goodbye don’t waste your money

The solar panel works so well at charging the battery up and the multiple charging ports work so well as charging all types of devices at the same time. Lastly the flashlight is SUPER powerful and bright and lasts a long time if you need it for that. I am very impressed with how many charges I can do with this device and the fact that it can charge itself with the solar panel is so impressive! Highly recommend this!

The wireless charging is very nice and will be my primary charging method. That eliminates another cable to carry. The flashlight is another nice feature. My current phone’s battery is runs down quickly, so I’ll be carrying this with me. I did receive this as a promo, but the next time I need another power bank I’ll be purchasing this one. I highly recommend it.
