Not a cooling fan. Just oscillates and let's you know the temp of the room.

It's not cooling. It is just a basic osolating fan with a temp gauge on it to let you know the temperature of the room. That is not a "cool down" option. While I wanted the cool down option, this is still a decent fan as of right now. We will see how it does in a few days.
