The chair looks great, but the remote stopped working after 3 days. Now I have to take it apart, return it, get another one, and put it together. I’m getting the warranty next time.

This is a super nice & great quality chair. I just couldn¡¯t keep mine because I have back issues and due to this I had to return it. My feet could not touch the floor and so I would only be able to use it in recline position. The chair is Easy to assemble. Very nice fabric . But best if all the customer service is Awesome! They gave me no trouble returning it . Also the delivery was super fast I was Amazed at that alone. I¡¯d recommend this chair for sure.

Like the chair very much. Fits perfect in a spot where l had a chair. Made nice and firm. . Feel it will get lots of use when l use the heater and Massager . just the right size.. Good product.

The Recliner I purchase is great. I love the color. I goes well with my pink living room tables. I was afraid it would be white but it has a pinkish tint. It is well made and sturdy. I am very well pleased with it. The price was the best of any other outlet. Thank you for a great chair and great customer service.

For the price that it is, it is extremely easy to put together. Less than 5 minutes really. When I sat in it, and I am a heavier girl, I had no problems at all. My hips fit into it just fine. I was able to recline the minimal recline, as well as the fully reclining nap position.

I ordered two of these for an apartment sized home theater and am very pleased! They are not too big or small for the application and have a great look. They're relatively comfortable and, for the very low cost, seem well made. All came in perfect condition and were easy to set up, with only the back needing to be attached.

Im not understanding the negative reviews either. I am giving it 5 stars. For the price this cannot be beat. Even if it only lasts a year I will be enjoying it every day of that year! Very easy to put together. The heat and massage feature works as advertised. Now its more of a light vibration and if you really need more than that you might not be be happy. But I find it very relaxing and use it a lot.? It is on the smaller side but I am 5foot and so that fits me well. I am totally happy and when this one wears out I will buy another one. Great value for the price. Really happy and cozy in my chair!

I ordered this chair for my mom and it arrived 4 days later. Took 5 mins to assemble the chair. My mom uses it everyday for her back and hip.

I bought two of these chairs. They are very easy to put together. They are not large chairs so if you are looking for that these would be too small. I know a lot of people said that their chairs were hard but both of mine are comfortable. The only thing that would be nice is if there was a lever to open the chair and close but I new that these chairs did not have that so it is not too much of a big deal.

This was my first time buying an expensive piece of furniture online that 1) required assembly and 2) is normally something that I'd like to "test out" before committing to. Overall, my husband and I LOVE it and I would definitely recommend it to a friend/buy it again. 1) Comfort: I bought this as a gift for my husband for gaming and lounging. I would describe it as almost "bouncy"; it's plush, yet you don't feel like you're sinking into it! In general, it is very supportive while still having some cushion and is very comfortable for my husband to sit in for long periods of time. However, he still uses a small pillow for his lower back when not using the massage function for more support as this chair is more flat back than curved. 2) Size: My husband is 6'2 ~215lbs and he finds the chair to be a good size for his body. When in the fully reclined position, his ankles hang off the end a couple inches but he says he doesn't mind and still enjoys using the chair. It is relatively light for such a large piece of furniture and can be easily scooted/dragged around. 3) Assembly: EASY PEASY. You simply slide each of the arms into place on the base of the chair and then slide the back into the base. It took us less than 2 minutes and all the pieces fit perfectly together and were in good condition (no scratches, dents, or bends). 4) Aesthetics: Love the color. It is true to the photos by the company and is a nice stone grey that looks good with my other furniture. The material is a sort of rough texture that feels soft, but sturdy. 5) Features: The massage features are great! Very similar to the massage chairs I've sat in at nail salons. The chair has a 5 foot cord that plugs into the wall so you don't have to be right next to the wall!

This is a great chair for the price and offers so many great bonus features. The heat and massage is wonderful for middle of the night feedings with my infant. It¡¯s slim and fits well in my space. The cup holders are so convenient. This is a great chair for our nursery!

First off it will take you longer to take the pieces out of the box and take the plastic off than it will to assemble. Received in 2 boxes. Assembly takes 5 minutes. Slide the Sides on first and then slide the back piece all the way down on 2 metal arms until it locks in place. Easy to connect the remote, plug in and enjoy! I also received earlier then expected which was nice. I hope my review helped your purchasing decision.

I bought 2 of these recliners and they were delivered today. I am 5'1 and they fit me perfectly. They are attractive and great if you live in a small place. They were packaged very well and very easy to put together. I am thrilled with them and the price that I paid.

Flimsy -The best feature is the vibrating component if you have back problems.Pay a bit more and get a better chair.

I love my HomCom Heated Vibrating Suede Massage Recliner. I like the firmness of it and I use the heat more than the massage. It was easy to put together and seems to be fairly well made. The reclining part is just a tad hard to recline but if you place your body just right it isn't too bad. I would agree that a tall person probably wouldn't like this chair since the footrest doesn't extend out real far but for me (5'2") it works well. I am happy with my purchase.

Excellent recliner, fits the room perfectly. The vibrating massage works better than I could have imagined.
