This is perfect for my back issues, gets super hot. While I have not used it for the cold, I think I will love it even more. The reason why it doesn’t get a full 5 star is that when unplugged it doesn’t stay hot for too long. Less than 3 minutes maybe?

It heats up quickly and retains the heat even when you unplug for some time. The soft, micro fabric is so soothing on your skin and the adjustable strap makes it easy to fit many different sizes.

It feels really comforting on your stomach. I like it and would recommend to other women. Wish it had a plus size option for bigger bellies though. Because it does limit who can use it by how big it is.

I love homedic their product never fails me. this belt is well made and excellent product.it has so many settings that a huge plus. I use both setting cold therapy for workout days and a nice heating pad after a shower. A game change for sure. This is my daily routine.

It warms up quickly and stays warm for a while after you turn it off and unplug it. I love that you don't have to keep it plugged in all the time. I haven't tried it in the freezer yet but once it gets warm outside I will be trying that out. Definitely recommend this product.

It gets just hot enough, although I have not used it for cooling yet. The cover is plush like a stuffed toy and so soft. I love this belt and will be using it very often for my back pain.

I love that you can change the settings to make the heat warmer. The two hour timer works great and there is a big range to walk around with it. I used this for my lower back pain and abdomen pain. I've started using it pre and during menstrual cycle and I'm really satisfied how much comfort it provides. One of the most significant advantages of this therapy belt is its usage versatility, it can be used as a heat or cold therapy during cramps, arthritis, back pain etc. The belt can also be unplugged and used for two hours. The gel in the pack is very malleable, and I love the 6 different heat settings. I didn't feel burning sensation even with highest temperature set. the belt can be put in the freezer for cold gel therapy! The fabric material is very soft. The quality of this hot or cold Therapy belt for the stomach or back is outstanding. The belt has velcro adjustable elastic and is soft and comfortable. The heated or cooling pack is soft and comfortable as well. It has a 12ft cord which allows for you to be able to lay in bed or on your couch and not have to worry about needing an extension cord. The 6 heat setting is great, as I don't think I'll need it that high, as when I put it on #3 it was sufficiently warm and soothing - however I do like having the option to go much hotter. It heats up pretty quickly which is great. I had just come back fro. The hospital for an eye exam and it's very cold outside. After getting off of the bus I had to walk two very long blocks. When I got inside my house my lower back was sore. I don't walk much like i use to. Well, i put on the belt and used heat setting #2 and just relaxed. It was such a treat. I also have a knee injury I can use this for. It does so much more than the stomach and back. It can also help with stoff shoulders, upper back soreness. I prefer to use this homedics product than to take pills. This works wonders. It has a two hour timer which is more than enough to get the soreness out and heal the muscles. Twice a day or more is fine. I love the fact I can turn it on to get hot, then unplug it and the heat lasts while I drive to the store or travel on the train. I am currently pregnant and have been getting a lot of lower back pain, which I spoke to my doctor about. She said it was safe for ME to use a heating pad on low to soothe the back pain. I have been using this at night and in the afternoon. My job requires me to sit for 6 hrs straight, which is not easy on my back either, so I have placed the belt on my back and almost like a belt bag across my right shoulder diagonally. It has helped tremendously, and doesnt feel heavy. The light weight of the product is a pro, since placing something heavy on my back would defeat the purpose of soothing my aching body. I recommend you talking to your doctor before using one, to make sure it is okay, and how they would advise you on wearing/using this product. Although this one said abdomen , I haven't tried it, just the lower back option. I havent used the cold gel option, but my husband did, during the first days of him starting to work out. He said because of the size, it really helped cover more area. He was really happy, because he was able to not suffer as much the first few days of starting. He also highlyyyy recommends to wear a tshirt under the belt, especially if you dont tolerate cold well.

In her words "It is easy to adjust the belt, the heat goes up to SIX, and... IT'S FLUFFY!". From my own inspection it feels very well made and the perfect size for soothing cramps, but my daughter also enjoys wearing it just for how warm and cozy it is. The outer material is soft and it all folds up nicely for easy storage. This is an easy one to recommend.
