The scent was not pleasant at all. It smelled of strong chemicals so much so that I actually thought this HAD to be a mistake. My eyes began to water. I had to seek fresh air it was that bad. I’ve cleaned carpets for years and had NEVER smelled a solution this awful. No way will I re-purchase this product nor recommend it‼️🤢😤

A little goes a long way since it's concentrated which is nice. It seems to clean pretty well and get up embedded dirt, grime, and most stains, but the smell is off putting. Our whole house smelled like wet dog after using this. 😷 Not a fan of that. Wish it had a different smell or unscented all together because it took a few days for it to work its way out of the house. I prefer the Deep Clean and Restore by Hoover. Works much better and no weird after smell, but is hard to find.

Used this on our apartment carpet since our dog decided to pee in 30 different spots, we had to deep clean the carpets with this solution 2 x than pour some on the spot and let it sit over night, after washing the carpets for the 3x the pee was unnoticeable. So much so we got our deposit back! Moral of the story, don’t make your dog mad or you will waste a whole day paying the price. Also we did clean up after all accidents when we noticed them, for some reason he’s pee stained the carpet easily.

This Was The Recommended Replacement For The Oxy Pet Stain Remover Of The Same Brand. This Is NOT A Replacement In Any Shape. It Smells Terrible, The Other Did Not. It Doesn't Work As Well, As I'm Having To Go Over Stains 5 & 6 Times Now, Before It Was 2 At Most. It Foams Up In My Machines Dirty Water Tank So Badly I End Up Having To Dump The Tank More Frequently Which Is Such A Hassle! I Won't Buy This Again
