A: Our cleaning products are safe to use around children and pets when used as directed. All products have been extensively tested for use in homes. We recommend waiting until he treated area is thoroughly dry (3-4 hours or longer) before allowing pets and children on the carpet.

A: Hi Ann - The AeroSwift is a dry vacuum and this formula should only be used in an upright deep cleaner like the ProHeat 2x Revolution Pet Pro. For cleaning rug stains by hand, we'd recommend Woolite Carpet Pet Stain & Odor + Oxy or InstaClean!

This product doesn't help to get rid of cats urine smell from the carpet. I used almost the whole bottle, cleaned 3-4 times the same spot but nothing. Will search for other brands.
Wondering is the company would return the money.
