I purchased these for my car since my 4 year old kept complaining that the sun was too bright in his eyes on our morning drives. It’s nice that they’re retractable so I can retract them up when the sun’s not shining or later in the day - and I don’t have to just remove the whole thing (the ones I had before were just one piece that stuck to the window). They do a great job providing shade but are transparent enough to see through. Very happy with this purchase!

These are great for the kids riding in the back. My son gets so upset when the sun is shining in his eyes and it can be really distracting for the driver (me). These have kept him happy and the whole family safer on the road.
