Hot Wheels Mega Garage Playset

Got it for my nephew for Christmas and he has fallen in love with it

This is definately an improvement on previous HOT WHEELS products. I found it easy to construct with simple to follow instructions. Was put together in about 10 minutes. The set itself is extremaly robust and doesnt fall apart. The only thing that I was not expecting was the noise (did make me jump first time my son played with it) but great fun to play.

Hours of fun with this set, both my 7 year old son and 3 year old nephew have had hours of creative play. This set is very sturdy and well made. Easy to assemble and instructions easy to follow. Can connect to other hot wheels sets and track for even more fun. We would definitely recommend this set and is great value for money. This has definitely made our summer holiday more exciting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two boys ages 3 and 9 and they both loved playing with the Mega Garage. Once we got it all together, they had fun taking turns turning the crank and then racing their favorite cars down the ramp. The ramp does make the cars go fast and there is a little jump so make sure the area surrounding is a bit clear. I took off one star because the set can hold 50 (or more) cars and it only comes with one car. I'd like to see this is a playstet that comes with at least 10 cars. I'd actually pay more for that. My boys love it play with it often. Its a fun set.

My son is 3 1/2 and was SO excited when the garage came in. He was very impressed with how tall it was and loved pushing cars down the slide. He does get frustrated when the inner “Ferris wheel” is not lined up exactly right and he can’t get his cars in, or when only one car is loaded on a particular section and it sits crooked, which can cause it to get stuck. He has a friend that has already turned 4 and has an easier time figuring out how to balance the cars as he puts them in so things move smoothly. I love that there are so many spots to store hot wheels cars and even spaces to fit some of the larger trucks and other vehicles. Overall a great toy! I think this will be a toy he will use for a long time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hot Wheels Mega Garage is a fun multi-functional toy. There are so many spaces to store Hot Wheels cars, as well as play opportunities. Assembly only took a few minutes and my kids were off and running with this set. Their favorite part was the racing ramp, and seeing which car would win. It would be nice if the set came with 2 cars to start, for those of us who are not avid collectors and would have to purchase an additional car just for the race function. The whole set doesn't take up much space and serves as storage for additional cars - 35, which is alot! I recommend this set for any Hot Wheels fan :)

My daughter and her boy cousins had a blast with it. I love that the garage holds 35 cars! This is a great storage as well! Works well for multiple kids as there is a track that allows them to challenge each other! They can also take their cars in to get a quick tune up. This has hours of fun!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son has been playing for this for awhile & it's his new favorite toy. So first of all, it was really easy to assemble. As a parent that is one thing that we love haha. After putting it together we noticed while pretty simple compared to other products it had lots of great features of storage as well as play. I like the little tune up station, what a cute touch that my son really enjoys. He also loves playing with the crane for ages. The racing ramps of course are awesome! This toy isn't too bulky and has a handle so you can move it room to room if need be. Overall excellent toy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My boys love this! They spend hours playing with it. They race the cars then send them to the repair shop for maintenance and fuel. Afterwards, they are driven on the carousel to be taken up to the track to race again. It has great storage space for their cars when done. We also like that you can connect other play sets to it like the police station.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This garage can hold almost 40 cars! It holds the cars vertically, so the garage doesn't take up much space on the floor (important for us city folks who are space challenged). It does this by means of an internal elevator operated by a cog and wheel connected crank handle. The mechanisms seem very solid and unlikely to break despite repeat punishment and abuse. The garage works like a tall skinny ferris wheel. With a crank of the handle, the wheel spins to bring the cars, parked in pairs in each gondola, to the top of the tower so the pair of cars can race down a giant ramp. Miraculously, the cars actually stay on the incredibly steep ramp and race to the bottom. Where, they are once again, they are on the floor waiting to be tripped over. Because the tower and the gondolas are covered, the tower can even be moved from room to room via its handle without spilling any of the cars in the garage, although the cars in the parking lot under the ramp do fall off. Although this is a garage, intended for storage, between the elevator crank and the giant ramp, there was significant play value so my son felt like he got a toy, rather than a storage bin. Because of its size, it's one of the things his friends are first drawn to when they enter his room. Best of all, except for the stickers, my eight year old built the entire garage entirely by himself.

He's always liked playing with cars, and this is easy enough for him to set-up and take-down on his own, so he plays with it often. It's a fun toy to play with other friends, too, since they can take turns launching the cars down the ramp. He also enjoys loading up the garage with hot wheels.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this for review about 2 weeks ago and it is so loved! It was for my son who is almost 8. He really enjoys playing with this. The fact that he can store his cars in it when he isn't playing with it is wonderful! It has several stations to "work" on the cars which allows for more than one person at a time to play! My 9 year old daughter and 3 year old son LOVE playing cars with their brother when he's playing with this Hot wheels city mega garage! They like the fact that they can choose which cars they want to race and load them in the carousel in any order they like! The carousel inside allows them to have several races in a very quick way! It is constructed very well and wasn't hard to put together. The only slight issue I've noticed is that if the cars you are putting in the carousel aren't weighted similarly, the heavier one can fall out inside the carousel which causes it not to turn so you have to dig it out before play can resume! All in all a great fun product that all of my kids really enjoy playing! I absolutely recommend!

He really loves cars right now and he has enjoyed this toy so much because it stores his card. He really likes being able to move the cars up the elevator and down the ramp. It is easy for a younger child to play with as his younger brother had just as much fun playing as well. I feel that this toy is made with very good quality and will not break easily. My favorite feature so far is the ability to store many cars inside. I would highly recommend this toy to anyone who has a child with a love for playing with cars. I am very satisfied with this toy and would recommend this to a friend or family to buy as well!

They claimed it was "the best toy ever" and have been playing with it consistently for the past few weeks. The parking spots, gas tank and car lift have lent to a lot of creative play; and, the "carosel" feature is pretty cool. It is easy to use, sturdy, and can store 35+ cars!

It keeps both him and my three year old daughter busy. Parents will like to hear that it’s very easy to assemble. The only challenge I had was lining up some of the small decals into their designated spaces. It’s also nice that it can connect with other similar sets. It’s a lot of fun for the kids and I’m very happy with this item!
