Missing the 2 8mm nuts and the 4 bolts by the foot pegs are too long and the bracket for the front wheel catches on them when turning.

Several pieces missing from an unopened box purchased at local walmart. No washer on the end to secure the cart in place. This piece has one identical to it that was fully together
