The seat attachment was okay but I had a few problems, like one was sadly my hoverboard is a little oversized but still fits with the straps. Second would be one that I fixed but was an issue for a few days was there's padding you have to put at the bottom of the bar holders so you can ride. Third was, my fault but I like to do wheelies and jump the little speed bumps in my complex, so after doing that to many times my seat where it was screwed in cracked and can not be screwed back in because it is cracked. So far it has not been going well for me. Hover-1 Please Help me.

There is no way to turn the board off while this is attached. When my son tries to get off the cart, it tries to keep rolling. We have to lift the board off the ground to remove the straps before we can turn off the board. We were also missing the white washers. Trying to put the two bolts in with the locks was nearly impossible. You guys need to evaluate your QA and QC processes. You shouldn’t be having anywhere near this many escapes.

I havent enjoyed the kart at all. It’s been very tricky for the children to use and doesn’t hook up to the hoverboard easily. The straps hit the ground so we’ve had to cut them and the kart and board move without and with the children on it so it’s a bit dangerous, to be honest, despite calibrating.

This item states that if you are not satisfied with the product, they accept full price product returns within 30 days. They refused to accept a return, because we opened the box. Not sure how you can not open it to see if you love it or not. This is very disappointing.
