Q: My daughter is 7 years old do you think this one would be ok for her? She really loves this one and I dont want to get her one she's going to out grow in a year but also dont know much about hoverboards so not sure if this would be to big.

I would give zero stars if I could. Bought in September for my foster child's first Christmas with us. Out of the box on Christmas morning, it wouldn't turn on and would o ly light up for a second if charging. Looking at BBB reviews, this seems to be a known issue. They don't answer service tickets, emails, or phone. Outside of return window so Taeget won't exchange it, even though it's clearly never been used.

No support. Broke after a year

My son bought (with his own money) a Hover-1 hoverboard. He hadn't used it a ton. When he went to use it this fall, it only worked (lit up) if it was plugged in. As soon as he unplugged it (after a full charge) it didn't work at all. I asked the company for help and was told two things: I needed a receipt Warranty is only good for a year *I would definitely try a different brand. We spent way to much for this to die after a year. Customer service was like "sorry" can't help you. That's not right. ALSO having to show a receipt is a bit ridiculous in this day and age. Many other companies only require serial numbers and trust you didn't steal the item.
