    Gave it to my son for Christmas and he got to use it for less than a month before it stopped charging. Seems like the charging part is loose. I didn’t register it right away which I recommend and now that I’m trying to file a claim the serial number sticker has worn off. I swear it was only used a week and now I can’t even replace it or have it fixed. To say the least my kid is super bummed. This is the second Jetson product I’ve purchased and the second item that will need replacing. I purchased a bike before and luckily I registered it right away. Perhaps the company should put the serial number in a spot wear it won’t wear off with normal use. Would’ve gladly given it 5 stars because my kid was over the moon and looked forward to using it after school everyday, but unfortunately it only worked for about 2 weeks. My kid is 6 years old 40lbs, just to give an idea of what kind of use it got.

    I purchased this Hoverboard for my granddaughter. It took her about 10 minutes to master it! Everyone (5 - 73 year olds) lined up to take their turn riding this amazing hoverboard. The only saving Grace was that eventually, it had to be recharged! This really was the hit of Christmas. My granddaughter and our entire family loves it! It does take time to full charge and when you turn it on, the alert that it is on is loud. Other than that, this is a beautiful hoverboard and flexible enough for the entire family. We need another one!

    Got this as a gift from my granddaughter, she’s quite a bit younger than the suggested age and learned to ride this on Christmas Day. So I am pleased with that! I did charge it before wrapping so it was ready to go. Target had a great sale price and I knew she would like the lights and option to play music. BUT. Be warned- although it’s great for riding you are going to HATE the POWER ON & POWER OFF voice prompt that is beyond loud. I’m talking what?! It’s like a PSA in an airport parking lot about locking your car. Jetson really must hate parents. My young kids have hoverboards that do beep on and off as a safety feature which works fine. This is absolute overkill. If you have a young baby- definitely don’t buy this bc when big sibling wants to ride it while baby is napping…. You’ll probably throw the thing in the yard. It’s an absolute design flaw and there’s no way to adjust it. We also noticed it distorts the sound of the music you play through it. For that reason I would not buy this again. Would honestly just get one without the speaker option!
