We don’t recommend pairing Skinny Bird with Mighty Night because of potential ingredient interactions between the 5-HTP (in Skinny Bird) and sedatives/botanicals (in Mighty Night). We also recommend avoiding taking Counter Cravings with Ripped Rooster and Skinny Bird in the same routine as this will put you over the effective dose for chromium.
