I don't know if all of these reviews have actually tried to use it as a thermos vs a heavy duty container, but it did not keep my soup hot for even three hours (and I made sure it was steaming hot when I put it in!). Disappointed.

I bought this product to use for lunches during the week hoping to keep soup, warm and fruits or veggies cold. I was really looking forward to this, and I usually don’t buy myself things, but I found this practical and would be used a lot. I have never been so disappointed. It does not keep anything Warm or hot for more than an hour. Three hours later I went to open my lunch yesterday and my soup was ice cold. This product is either defective or it’s just horribly made.

Color was way different than picture, much brighter. Most of all it was too wide for smaller hands to open and the lid made a loud scraping sound when closing. It was also not too easy to properly close so it seemed like there would be times where you thought it was closed, but it wasn’t lined up just right so it was going to leak. Just seemed cheaply put together.

My 5 year old uses this to bring her hot lunch to school. It’s not too heavy and easy enough for her to open on her own. Fits great in her insulated lunch bag. She has had it for about a week and no dents so far. We will see how it holds up.

I do not recommend this product ! I have tried letting boiling water in for 20 min then added hot food and also ice water for cold food. Either way when its time for lunch 4-5 hrs later it is room tempature.

I used it to go to work and my soup was still hot!! It’s made of stainless steel so that means it is very durable and it it made so well that it won’t leak. It has a cool handle that helps it be portable.

The size is nice - perfect for all kinds of snacks (especially ones you don't want to get smashed) or hot foods like soup. I like that the container has a handle, too, and it's not too heavy. It's also manly enough that I can send it to work with my husband. Wish it was dishwasher-safe, though.

I brought this with us during a hike with some soup and it stayed hot for hours. I really like that its so durable and easy to clean. It's not too heavy and a perfect size for smaller meals or a snack. I would definitely recommend to others and I will be picking up more for our camping trick since they are so convenient to have.
