I am really confused by the other reviews giving this product 5 stars. I have correctly used it three times now for hot soup. To do this I fill it with hot water to heat the thermos, pour that out, pour my very hot soup in, and screw the lid on tightly. The soup then sat on my desk in my classroom for approximately 4 hours. All three times I have used it, my soup was not even lukewarm at lunch time. I have never had a vacuum sealed container lose heat so quickly.

Had some issues with delivery but their support got everything taken care of quickly and am now enjoying the thermos food jar. (My children use for their school lunches.)

I don't know if all of these reviews have actually tried to use it as a thermos vs a heavy duty container, but it did not keep my soup hot for even three hours (and I made sure it was steaming hot when I put it in!). Disappointed.

I was really looking forward to this, and I usually don’t buy myself things, but I found this practical and would be used a lot. I have never been so disappointed. It does not keep anything Warm or hot for more than an hour. Three hours later I went to open my lunch yesterday and my soup was ice cold. This product is either defective or it’s just horribly made.

Not what I ordered. Not as advertised. It has Bling Bedazzle around the entire jar. It looks cute but I will be returning as they will come off easily in the future. Really disappointing. I have added the images they provided on the site and the picture I took.

I used it to go to work and my soup was still hot!! It’s made of stainless steel so that means it is very durable and it it made so well that it won’t leak. It has a cool handle that helps it be portable.
