So, I had been searching for a product with a very minimal amount of melatonin to help with the bedtime fight. And, I found it in this! I love that it not only has melatonin, but plenty of other natural soothing ingredients that help my toddler calm down and finally love sleep. We only use this sparingly, however, as needed when it's a particularly challenging night. Right before brushing teeth I have my toddler take his "nighttime tea", and by the time we are done preparing for bed, he's already starting to relax. One big thing for me is that this is sugar-free, so it doesn't counteract the relaxing ingredients with a boost of sugar!

Glad we stumbled upon Hylands Sleep Calm + Immunity Liquid. Love that it has organic elderberry, zinc, and vitamin D and is sugar free. These things are important for our family. We gave 10 ml to our son before bed as instructed on the label for his age. He loved the organic grape flavor. No bad after taste either. Within an hour of taking it he was out like a light. I believe it caused her nightmares or something because she woke up around the 3-4 hour mark crying. She has always been a great sleeper. I didn’t give it to her the following night and she slept perfect. I will not be using this product any longer.

There are some nights, though, that they are just overtired and have a difficult time falling asleep. I love that this kids liquid supplement has such a small dose of melatonin that it doesn't disrupt they're natural sleep patterns. They typically wake up once in the middle of the night and still do, even when they take this. They aren't zombies when they wake up and still feel rested. The added organic botanicals really help with calming their little bodies down! The sugar free, artificial dye free organic grape flavor is great!

We have a winner team! Nighttime can still be a challenge so a little melatonin along with chamomile and black elderberry is doing the trick for my little one. I was nervous because it was a liquid and maybe it would remind her too much of medicine, but she actually likes the taste and we don't have to do all the usual antics when it comes to liquid in a cap!
