Q: Manual says charge 15 hours first use. The cord says 4-6 hours for first. It’s probably charged about 4 hours and the cord has turned green, but it doesn’t turn on

Got this for my daughters for Christmas. Didn’t get it out till about 2 weeks ago when it started getting nice out and it lasted 2 weeks before breaking down! My husband checked the battery and that’s fine. He thinks it’s an electrical issue or something. So frustrating! Too late to return so now I’m stuck with a huge toy that doesn’t work. So sad for my girls.

So disappointed in this. I bought this for my child for Christmas and it only worked about a month. It won't charge, I bought a new charger and it workeda little.. I'm going to try to replace the battery but this car is very disappointing.

Terrible! It’s like the other reviews it’s such poor quality. Ours didn’t even turn on after we charged it for the required amount of time like 16 hours or something. Wasted my electricity and they didn’t even refund me for the insurance I bought on it. I can verify it doesn’t work like all the other reviews

Kid was super excited about this Christmas present. Had a great day riding it and then it completely stopped working. I’ve been in communication with the customer service team, who are only available via email and only send one response a day. We are a week into communication and haven’t reached any diagnostis or solution.

We ran into an issue with the gear box bracket not being welded incorrectly the correct spot on one side but was fine in the other side. We ran into other issues as well but this was the most frustrating. We were not able to get in touch with the manufacturers customer support. The phone number never connected. Seems small for my tiny 6 year old.

Just like others are saying here my car came missing screws and pieces, we spent money just for it to be missing pieces and the hassle to even return or exchange it because the box was thrown away after Christmas.

Caught on fire!

Caught on fire after 20 minutes of total use. My 2.5 year old was driving it on the sidewalk and we noticed it was smoking. Thank god we were right there and were able to grab him right out. It was the wires that caught on fire behind the dashboard. Don’t recommend at all. I don’t even want it near my house. Could have been a lot worse.

Put this together on Christmas Eve. Seemed well built and looked good. My sons drove it for 5 minutes and then the pedal won't move it anymore. I don't have time to figure out how to fix this hunk of junk now. So for $149 my sons got 5 minutes of fun.

Kids haven’t actually used it as it’s a Christmas present (today is 12/24) and pieces are missing (bolts/washers/screws). Unfortunately for us, hardware stores are closed now so we can’t put it together and Target only offers a ‘return’ on the item. No assistance to mail in the missing pieces. Also from other reviews on other websites, I don’t have high hopes as it doesn’t seem to do well on any sort of incline or other terrain. We’ll see once we get buy the missing pieces but again, I don’t have high hopes now and can’t give it as a gift.
