A: The Dirt Quad is designed to go up to 40 minutes of continuous ride time on a fully charged battery. No improves have been made to the battery however different factures such as rider weight, low tire pressure and/or riding conditions (terrains) can effect the amount of ride time.

A: 1.) when the quad goes extremely slow, stop and charge. 2.) don't freeze the battery 3.) don't place the battery in a 140 degree garage 4.) keep it on the charger when not using

A: I've had ZERO battery issues after three years of use. Follow the manual on charging and battery maintenace and you'll be good to go

A: Get rid of the crap lead acid batteries and get 2 10ah lipo batteries!

A: This quad is perfect for toddlers. My 3 year old Grandson loves it and hasn’t had any problems with it. Battery wise or other. As for your son, he should be getting a more longer lasting battery or gas powered one for his age.

A: Yes, it can be ridden on grass however for the best riding experience we recommend riding on smooth, flat surfaces free of any type of dirt or debris.

A: 2yo and 6yo both have zero issues riding on 4" grass and through flat paths in woods. This thing is awesome.

A: No, this dirt quad does not come with a shock. I used a 550lb, 150mm in length shock from Amazon. And while you're at it, also change the sloppy steering linkage to actual ball joint rod ends.

A: this Quad has Front and Rear pneumatic tires. and coil spring with shock absorbers in front. for a vehicle that goes 8 miles an hour. the quad is exceptionally smooth

A: Hahahahhaaaa OMG! My Grandson is 3 years old and it’s perfect for him. There is a slow and fast feature and I’ve never made go any faster because he’s still kind of learning. Just be sure to have your child wear a helmet just in case he falls or runs into the bushes

A: Not too fast at all with proper training and adult supervision. My 2yo son rides it to the limits with a DOT approved motocross helmet, boots, and knee / elbo pads for protection.

A: I just bought 2. One came with reverse and the other does not. We are slightly confused about this. Written clearly on one box and not the other. All numbers match nothing else different. We haven't put them together yet as they are a birthday present but will update once we do.
