Hyperice X Knee Hot and Cold Therapy

Works as advertised. Battery life is shorter than expected

I fell while sprinting on tile and landed on my knee. Three months later there was still swelling, stiffness, and scar tissue. I’ve been using this device for a few weeks and feel like it has been an integral part in the improvement I’ve had since doing the contrast therapy routines. It hurt so bad to even roll from one side to the other in bed and I couldn’t put any weight while kneeling on the injured knee. Now, I still have a ways to go but I am SO much more active than I have been since I got hurt. I’ve been telling everyone I know about this including my physical therapist. She started showing the other physical therapists because she was so impressed with the cooling. Not to mention… it is ONE device for heat and cold therapy and I don’t have to be connected to an outlet. I have a long commute on a highway and wear my hyper x while using cruise control on my way to home and work. Also, you can use it for only heat, only cold therapy, or both for each session. Do yourself a favor and buy this!

This device is very comfortable. I've been using the product for about 6 months(5 months prior to buying my own). It had been amazing. The ability to enjoy different programs from the app, and the levels of cold and heat are amazing. Best of all, I don't have to keep it plugged in to enjoy. The only negative I could see is that the battery does seem to be very short when enjoying the product, but it's you think about it, you get several 15-20 minute sessions before you have to recharge it. Medical professionals recommend for pain and swelling to ice/ heat for about 20 minutes. So, the battery is really not that bad, but we would all like to have more time when experiencing something so therapeutic. A car charger would be a great accessory. Overall, I love it!! It goes everywhere with me.

I had my doubts on how cold it would get but feels pretty dang close to ice. Works well and it's pretty convenient.

I’ve been using this for about a month now. It’s part of my daily routine. I run/hike hills, concrete, some unforgiving terrain. My knee will always remind me of those decisions. I’ve been incorporating this after workouts and if felt a significant improvement. The hot to cold settings work really fast. It gets super hot and it gets super cold. It’s really impressive. I run the program on each knee, usually about 30 mins and then it has to recharge. But it’s really well thought out and fabricated piece of equipment. I’ll throw it on while I drive or chores around the house. If you have knee pain, you can feel confident in purchasing this. I’ll be getting the one for your back as well

Between my wife and me, we use this almost daily since we got it. I bought the Hyperice X Knee brace for my wife since she had a knee injury and she loves it. I wear it after a day of snow skiing for great relief. Not sure about durability since we have only been using for a couple months but outlook is good so far. Highly recommend.

I can't recommend this product enough. I use it pre and post workout or when my knee is feeling sore and it has helped my knee pain. Truly look forward to using it and feel a difference on the days I do and don't use it.

I had knee surgery and had minimal time to get back to work. This product was quintessential in getting back into shape. Don't get me wrong, you still have to put in the work, this product will not fix your range of motion by itself, but it will make a substantial difference to your recovery. Pros: CAN BE USED WHILE PLUGGED IN! Works even with pants Cold enough to numb Gets hot, very hot Assists in returning to full range of motion Well made Temperature range is controllable Cons: Expensive Doesn't work well when walking around or doing active warm-up No compression function... (I would pay double for compression)

We have the knee sleeve ice packs, but this is 100 times better! The ability to change from heat to relax your muscles to cold to help with the inflammation and soreness that happens with multiple bullpens is great!

I got this after I tore my ACL and it’s so nice to be able to use this routinely without the mess and inconvenience of ice. I do it in bed every night and it has helped tremendously.

The transition between hot and cold is shockingly fast. 52 mile bike ride today and my knees feel ready for another ride.

Interesting product, contrast therapy was nice while it worked. Cooling failed after 3 days of use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy the hyper X knee. I have some both the contrast move and the cool mode. The temperature varies quickly, as advertised. My biggest frustration was I bought two, since I had FSA money about to expire, and you can't run them at the same time from the same phone on the same mode. You have to have 2 devices running the two sleeves. I feel like something so high speed like these sleeves there should be a way to sync them and run them from one device.
