[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Icy Hot products. The original cream, the roll-on, and even the TENS unit have all been five star products. These patches were not cut from the same cloth as the other products Icy Hot has released. The main issue I had was that the patches would not stick to my skin. It wouldn't stick on my lower back. It wouldn't stick on my shoulder. It wouldn't stick on my calf. I wouldn't purchase the patches nor would I recommend them to anyone. I would recommend the roll-on or the cream 10 out of 10 times though.

Easy to stick on and they stay on, without being annoyingly sticky. I would suggest not exposing your skin to the sun after removing without washing off any residue, otherwise you’re liable to have some irritation. 😕

They stretch with your skin so they don't pull. They first cool with menthol and then get warm. This helped me after a neck massage to help relieve sore muscles.

The patches easily adhere to skin, yet they are readjustable with pain-free removal. They’re very thin, virtually unseen under clothing. The patches feel icy cold initially, then settle into a pattern of feeling cooler and warmer at times, providing relief from sore muscles. The scent is menthol, similar to the icy hot cream. After about 4 hours of wear, the effects of the patch seem to wear off.

As a cake decorator, I’m always on my feet and my legs and back are constantly aching, so whenever I need relief I always use an icy hot patches! These have always been my go to when it comes to muscle aches and pain. ANDDDD they smell great, haha. I definitely recommend these patches for whenever you need some pain relief, and they make them for all different parts of your body in all different sizes! Deff give these a try if you haven’t!

When I hear someone is hurt or have sore muscles, I just put these on them. Mainly arms, legs and back. It seems to relax them afterwards. It lasts a long time and works instantly too.
