This round outdoor propane fire pit feature a reliable electric push button ignition and includes a stainless steel burner, lava rock filler and a protective storage cover. Rated at 50,000 BTUs of heat, this round fire pit burns liquid propane and can be converted to natural gas by a certified natural gas technician using a Real Flame Conversion Kit (G0002-03), not included. Q: What is the difference between a propane tank (refilled at a hardware store) and "liquid propane"?

A: It is the same. This unit connects to a 20 pound propane tank that you can get refilled at a hardware store. Q: Does this fire pit require a propane tank and if so, where is it housed?

A: This unit comes with a 10 ft NG or LP hose that runs along the ground to your source of fuel. The LP hose will connect to a 20# propane tank. Many customers purchase the propane tank cover that hides the LP tank.

The design of it is very sleek and modern. I thought it would be slightly taller but it is still a great size for small gatherings. I’m excited to get more use of it in the summer time!
