The noodles and the flavor are just disgusting. The positive reviews seem to have added a bunch of other spices and elements to make it taste better. If you have to enhance this ramen for the price it's sold at... definitely not worth it!

This item is terrible. It smelled so bad that it made me nauseous. I attempted to overlook the bad smell and take a bite anyways, but I had to spit it out. It went right into the garbage! Clearly not everything you see advertised online is good.

For this Ramen for the high protein and fiber content. I only use a pinch od seasoning due to high sodium but add beaten egg, crushed chili flakes, green onion and shredded chicken or some shrimp for more protein. Filling and so good! And great online ordering too. Thx!

I love the idea of a good ramen with low carbs. Plus fiber and protein? YES! I disliked the spices a lot. But use the noodles with a bit of garlic, chicken bullion and ginger. I also used the packet of a cheap ramen in another occasion. The noddles take longer to cook than cheaper noodles but is a good alternative if you have a healthier lifestyle.

I had high hopes for this ramen but it was terrible! 🤮 i knew the noodles would not be similar to regular ramen noodles but these had a cardboard flavor and the seasoning packet OMG the second i opened it the smell of VOMIT took over 🤮🤮🤮 why why why. I couldn’t even finish it because of the smell. Flavor was bland but that smell was the worst.

I had high hopes for this product and I am not impressed with the noodles but that broth is spot on. I don’t like just eating because it is healthier I want the taste, the mouth feel, yes I want it all it I am paying $6 a packet for it. I have had protein spaghetti that might be something worth looking into for this company. If rebranding happens I will be back or if I can just buy the broth packets I would support you.

The packaging looked nice and the flavor sounded good, but I was not prepared for these. First, the stovetop instructions made no sense, and I skipped step two because I don’t even think it was supposed to be there. What the heck is cooking water as opposed to regular water? I do think two cups of water instead of three helped with the flavor, making it… palatable, at least—albeit very strange smelling. But the NOODLES, oh, the noodles… they weren’t anything remotely like noodles at all. They had the texture of a sponge, and they turned to gritty dust when chewed. I truly have to wonder if the ingredients list is true, because I feel like I just ate Soylent Green.

I’m giving this 3 stars based on the noodles themselves and not the seasoning packet. As soon as I mixed it in, a musty, wet cardboard smell took over my nostrils… I ended up adding knorr chicken bouillon and a lot of sriracha to cover it up. It didn’t work, but tasted much better. I bought 2 packs of this and I really don’t mind the texture of the noodles. For me, they’ll pass for the real thing since trying to increase my protein and fiber intake. But I will be throwing out that seasoning packet and maybe just stir fry the cooked noodles with some veg and chicken.

This is BY FAR the worst "ramen" I've ever eaten. Cooked according to package directions, the noodles were a weird gritty texture that just sort of disintegrated in my mouth. I'd love to know the scientific process they used to make something wet still seem dry and dusty. The flavoring was hard to describe, sort of musty and chemically, like if someone tried to make soup from old wiring they found in a dark corner of their grandpa's garage. Also be aware that this "healthy" alternative still has almost 40% of the recommended daily value of sodium per serving. Woof.

If you are expecting slippery noodles that you slurp down in 2 seconds (only to be hungry 1 hour later), maybe these are not for you. But if you are willing to expand your idea of what instant ramen can taste like, give these a shot. The high protein and fiber content make these chewier than normal, but I personally find that to be more fulfilling. I don't always add extras, but when I do, I like to add meat, nori, green onions, furikake, and other toppings.

This is pretty bad. Smells awful has no taste whatsoever and texture is way off, it’s like old rubber bands. I added my own seasonings and used chicken broth plus shrimp for more protein but still no good.

The idea of this ramen is great, don’t get me wrong. I looked at the nutritional facts. HOWEVER, the flavor is awful. It smells like soap and the texture of noodles is spongy and just…no. The flavor it claims to be also isn’t there. If you’re thinking about getting this, just skip it.

I have lost over 150 pounds after having weightloss surgery and these "noodles" have been a staple in my diet. I love adding bok choy or shrimp. High protein and it hits the ramen craving perfectly. I read some of these reviews and laugh because they are not traditional ramen but they have a great texture, take on other flavors and macros are great.

Writing this review because there are so many poor reviews on these. If you can eat regular ramen then don’t bother with these but if you miss ramen and can’t have it for health reasons, this is the way to go! Is it a 100% substitute, by no means but will it scratch the ramen itch? Absolutely. I add my buldak sauce and dehydrated ramen toppings to really kick them up a notch.
